Advantage Therapy - Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.

Fees & Payments

NDIS Clients:

Self-Managed: Invoiced at time of service; immediate payment required.

Plan-Managed: Invoices paid by nominee within 7 days.

Additional charges may apply for:

Reports requested with less than 3 weeks’ notice (+50% fee).

Travel (billed at NDIS-approved rates).

GST-free for therapy services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

48 hours’ notice required for cancellations. Less than 2 business days’ notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations (3 or more out of 5 sessions) may result in forfeiture of appointment slots.

One free cancellation per quarter (with 48h notice); subsequent cancellations may be charged to cover resource preparation.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Client data is stored securely and used strictly for service delivery. Full privacy policy available upon request.

Responsibilities

Provider:

Deliver agreed services, respect client autonomy, maintain confidentiality, issue clear invoices, and comply with NDIS regulations.

Client:

Attend scheduled sessions, notify changes in needs or plans, provide adequate cancellation notice, and keep NDIS plan details updated.

Media Consent
Photos or videos may be used for promotional purposes unless a client opts out. No identifying details will be shared without explicit written consent.

Intellectual Property
The Advantage Therapy name, logo, images, and graphics used on this website are the intellectual property of Advantage Therapy Pty Ltd and may not be copied or used without written permission.

No Guarantee of Results
Advantage Therapy provides services based on professional expertise and industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Therapy effectiveness varies by individual and is influenced by multiple factors such as medical history, lifestyle, and participation.

By using our services, you agree that Advantage Therapy is not liable for any unfulfilled expectations regarding treatment outcomes.
